Solution

Start by playing Vindicators on D1. They will destroy every unit on the base line and inflict 6 damage to the enemy base.

Then play Counselor Ahmi on D1 to move the frontline forward. With no bordering unit, the card comes back in hand.

Play Doppelbocks on C2, which will spawn on B2 and move the frontline forward.

Play Counselor Ahmi again on A3 to move the frontline further, and once again it comes back in hand.

Play Counselor Ahmi one last time on D4 to leave the Yowling Weavers at 1 health; this time the card is consumed.

Finally, play Lasting Remains on D4 as well to kill the Yowling Weavers and move in the base to inflict the last remaining 13 damage.
