Hello, Stormbounders! A new version of Stormbound is coming in February, bringing fresh balance changes, and some exclusive offers!
Balance changes
This release, just like any other, will bring some balance changes.
- Sunbeam Serpents' strength is now 3/4/5/6/7 (up from 2/3/4/5/6)
- Trusty Shepherds' strength is now 2/3/3/4/5 (up from 1/2/2/3/4), additionally the ability now triggers from up to 4 friendly units on all levels (up from 3 friendly units)
- Felflares' now deals 3/4/5/6/7 damage (up from 2/3/4/5/6)
- Voidsurgers' now deals 3/4/5/6/7 damage (up from 2/3/4/5/6)
- Xuri, Lord of Life now gives 2/3/4/5/6 strength to all friendly units passed (up from 1/2/3/4/5)
- Restless Goats now deals 1/1/2/2/3 to your base (down from 2/2/2/2/2)
As usual, some compensation in the form of coins and fusion stones will be provided to owners of Restless Goats, proportional to the level and rarity of the card. Find below the compensation values for each rarity and level.
Epic card: 
15 coins and 
2 fusion stones at level 2, 40 coins and 5 fusion stones at level 3, 120 coins and 10 fusion stones at level 4, 250 coins and 20 fusion stones at level 5.
Lunar New Year Event
To commemorate the Lunar New Year, we're initiating a beautiful new tradition in Stormbound this year.
Celebrate the Year of the Dragon with our Lunar New Year Event, starting from this Friday, Feb 9th, 2024, 8:00 AM CET, until Feb 12th, 2024, 8:00 AM CET!
From now on, Dragon Books yielding 2 extra cards are available in the shop for the whole weekend, until Feb 12th, 2024, 8:00 AM CET.
Recently, we've permanently added an extra card to all books, and as a special bonus for the current event, Dragon Books now receive an additional +2 cards. This makes it the most significant card event ever in Stormbound!
Additionally, the special premium Dragon offer is available until Feb 14th, 2024, 8:00 AM CET.
Valentine's Event
In celebration of Valentine's Day, we're hosting a special event to commemorate this love-filled occasion!
The Valentine’s event in Stormbound starts today, February 14th, 2024, and ends on February 19th, 2024, 8:00 AM CET.
To spread love to all Stormbounders, we're gifting everyone 20 rubies. To grab the Valentine's gift, just redeem a special code, which is valid from February 14th, 2024, until February 19. 2024, 8:00 AM CET.

To activate the code, follow these simple steps:
- Navigate to Game Options in the top-right corner of the main menu screen.
- Tap the “Redeem code” button.
- Enter the code and tap “Claim” to confirm.

Valentine's Bonuses
During the Valentine’s event, there will be a coin bonus and ruby bonus, from February 14th until February 19th, 2024, 8:00 AM CET. Premium Ruby and Coin packs will contain up to 30% more resources!
Valentine's Brawl
The special Valentine’s Brawl is a Brawl where players start a match with a friendly Temple of the Heart. It works the same way as in the game, except it is INDESTRUCTIBLE. At the beginning of the battle, a Temple of the Heart gets randomly spawned on the first row for both players.

What's more, the Brawl starting on February 15th (and only that one) is going to be cheaper. All fights will be 50% off. Owners of the Premium Pass will also have their usual discount applied, leading to a 60% reduction.

Special rewards
Players can get a special Valentine’s avatar in each Brawl level.
The Valentine’s Brawl will be rolled out once per difficulty level. Please refer to the timeline at the bottom of this page for the exact dates.
Further Economy Improvements
This update introduces further economy improvements, giving players the ability to optimize the rewards' system.
Players now have the option to expedite unlocking new gifts in the Daily Login Gift Calendar and double the First Win post-match rewards.
To take advantage of the new benefits, players can choose to watch additional ads, except for Premium Pass holders, who can get the additional rewards immediately after tapping the button.
To shorten the waiting period for the Daily Login Gift Calendar rewards, everyone can now Speed Up each daily reward in the Daily Calendar by up to 90 minutes.
Non- Premium Players can reduce the wait by 1 hour and 30 minutes by watching ads. First reduce requires watching 1 AD, second reduce requires 2 ADs, third reduce requires 3 ADs.
Premium Pass holders, on the other hand, can reduce the waiting time by 1h 30 minutes with a single tap.
