Beast’s Reign

By  MooreFunn · 1 minuteBack to stories

“My velvet skin as my coverin’,
I will fight for all my kin,
As I brush through the desert sand,
I trek this land with my axe in hand.

The multitude grows evermore,
Sprouting fear in my very soul.
When I see through the waves of dust,
A glowing staff and a battle lust.

I carry on with the battle song,
A prize of seeing this cruel world gone,
My body may lay down to rest,
A grave adorn with this monster’s head.

This mighty beast might meet its end,
Against a frog with a velvet skin,
But mark these words of my strugglin’,
This endless beast will reign again.”
