Start by playing Veterans of War on C2 to kill the Amberhides.

Then play Powder Tower on A1.

Then Siege Assembly on C1.

Finally play Doctor Mia on B1 to trigger both structures and win the game. Powder Tower will trigger first, wiping both units in row C, leaving clear field for the Siege Assembly shot.
