Hello, Stormbounders! A new version of Stormbound is coming in January, bringing balance changes.

Balance changes

This release, just like any other, will bring some balance changes.

Boomstick Officers’ ability made to deal 2/3/4/5/6 damage (down from 3/4/5/6/7)
Brood Sages’ ability now spawns 1 strength Toad on 2/2/3/4/4 tiles (adjusted from 2/3/3/4/5)
Conflicted Drakes’ strength is now 3/4/4/5/5 (up from 2/3/3/4/4)
Heroic Soldiers’ strength is now 7/8/9/10/12 (up from 6/7/8/9/11)
Fluffy Badboxers’ strength is now 6/7/8/9/11 (up from 5/6/7/8/10)
Lasting Remains’ strength is now 8/10/12/14/16 (adjusted from 8/9/11/13/15).

Nerf compensation

As usual, some compensation in the form of coins and fusion stones will be provided to owners of Brood Sages and Boomstick Officers, proportional to the level and rarity of the card. Find below the compensation values for each rarity and level.

Rare card: 15 coins and 2 fusion stones at level 2, 30 coins and 3 fusion stones at level 3, 90 coins and 7 fusion stones at level 4, 190 coins and 10 fusion stones at level 5.
Epic card: 15 coins and 2 fusion stones at level 2, 40 coins and 5 fusion stones at level 3, 120 coins and 10 fusion stones at level 4, 250 coins and 20 fusion stones at level 5.
