Hello, Stormbounders! A new version of Stormbound is coming in December, bringing balance changes and Black Friday event!
Balance changes
This release, just like any other, will bring some balance changes.
- Wandering Wyrms' strength is now 1/2/3/4/5 (from 2/3/4/5/6) and ability is now 2/3/4/6/8 (from 2/3/4/5/6)
- Diehards' ability is now 4/6/8/9/11 (from 4/6/8/10/12)
- Curse of Strings' ability is now 5/7/9/11/15 (from 6/8/10/13/16)
- Bladestorm's ability is now 1/2/3/4/5 (from 1/2/2-3/3-4/4-5)
- Forgotten Souls' mana is now 5 (from 3), strength 3/4/5/6/7 (from 1/2/2/3/3) and movement is 1 (from 0)
- Draconic Roamers' strength is now 1/2/3/4/5 (from 2/3/4/5/6)
As usual, some compensation in the form of coins and fusion stones will be provided to owners of Diehards, Curse of Strings, Draconic Roamers, and Forgotten Souls, proportional to the level and rarity of the card. Find below the compensation values for each rarity and level.
Rare card: 
15 coins and 
2 fusion stones at level 2, 30 coins and 3 fusion stones at level 3, 90 coins and 7 fusion stones at level 4, 190 coins and 10 fusion stones at level 5.
Christmas Event
The Chirstmas Event is coming to Stormbound, scheduled to run from December 22nd to January 5th (8 AM CET). Embrace the holiday spirit with our special Christmas gift, exclusive bonuses, and more!
Christmas Redeem Code
To spread joy to all Stormbounders, we're gifting everyone 200 coins. To grab the Christmas present, just redeem a special code, which is valid from December 22nd to January 5th, 2025 (8 AM CET).

More Coins
During the first week of the event, all coin gains and the coin cap will be doubled, except for quests. The daily coin cap will be set at 1,000 coins for free-to-play players, and 2,000 coins for players with a premium pass.
More Cards
All books, except for the Humble Book, will contain one more card,starting from December 22nd to December 29th, 8:00 AM CET.
Christmas Brawl
As part of our joyous Christmas Event, we're bringing back the Snowball Battle Brawl.
At the beginning of the battle, a Snowman is randomly spawned on the second row for each player. Friendly and enemy Snowmen are placed in the same tile from the player’s perspective (so they’re never face to face). For instance, on the 3rd tile from the left for each player.

The structure has 10/15/20 strength depending on the Brawl difficulty, does not come back once destroyed and does not impact the frontline.
The following Brawls will be festive:
- Casual Brawl (Starting on December 25th)
- Warrior Brawl (Starting on January 1st)
- Ultimate Brawl (Starting on January 8th)
Finally, Brawls starting on December 25th and January 1st will be available at 50% off, and if you own the Premium Pass, your usual discount will stack for a total of 60% off.

New Card

New Brawl
A new Brawl modifier is launching on December 25th, 2025, featuring the new Insightful Whisperers card.
This modifier lets you experiment with and enjoy the card before deciding whether to add it to your collection.
In this Brawl, a 0-mana, level 1 version of the new card will automatically be added to everyone’s deck, regardless of ownership or upgrades.
This means all decks will temporarily contain 13 cards, giving you an exciting opportunity to explore new strategies with the new Spell.
January Season & Balance
